In the midst of rural charm, the complex embeds itself in the green – or snow – setting. From the front door of your apartment you have direct access to the surrounding villages and the Almen of Meransen. Attractions such as the Val Pusteria and the rustic huts are waiting to be discovered by you.
The cozy, bright apartments (36 square meters) are lovingly and traditionally furnished. In addition to a bathroom, a bedroom and a kitchen, each apartment is equipped with a balcony. Here you can read in peace, drink coffee and enjoy the sun.
Hobby cooks can unfold in the kitchen: The electric stove is equipped with four burners, in the oven you can cook the favorite food. A coffee machine makes tired people happy, in the refrigerator you can preserve your purchases.
The apartments of the Stocknerhof, which belong to the Hotel Kristall, offer a 3-star comfort. All facilities are equipped with WC, shower, TV and safe. You design yourself as an ideal retreat from the wide range of services that you can enjoy in sunny Meransen.

The hiking paradise of Meransen with its magnificent panorama is a favorite place for nature lovers and hikers. Where farmers cultivate the meadows and corridors, clear mountain streams flow, where there are the most beautiful alpine flowers in spring, fragrant hay in summer and golden larch forests in autumn, there is the right place for experiences, rest and relaxation. With over 285 sunny days, Meransen is one of the sunniest places in Europe.
Not only in summer, but also in winter, Meransen welcomes you with its warm hospitality. In 2012, Meransen won the “Holidaycheck Destination Award” for the “most hospitable place in Italy”. With the 8-passenger gondola you come directly from the village to 2,107m, in the middle of the ski paradise Gitschberg Jochtal. You will be particularly enchanted by the viewing platform at the summit of the Gitschberg with over 501 mountain peaks. Even the overwhelming panoramic view of the Dolomites, Zillertal, Stubai and Ötztal Alps is worth a trip to Maranza. And: In the Stocknerhof you can enjoy all the carefree “premium” or “inexpensive”.

Prices and discounts
Single room extra cost : 20 €
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (€ 1.5 per day and person above 14 years of age).
Discounts for children:
Children up to 3,99 years only pay 30%.
Children up to 7,99 years only pay 50%.
Children up to 9,99 years only pay 70%
Children up to 13,99 years only pay 80%
Children up to 15,99 years only pay 90%.
Infant equipment available free of charge on request.
Pets
For your four-legged family members we charge 12 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200 € per room has been paid.

Since January 2016, it is no longer permitted in Italy to pay amounts in excess of 2,999.99 euros with cash. The following means of payment are allowed: non-transferable cheque, bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Please report on arrival at Hotel Kristall for registration and key handover (2 min. to apartment Stocknerhof Maranza).
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 13 o clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 13 o clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
Cancellations made by guests on or after the 90th day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation no later than 89 days prior to arrival: 10% of the agreed total Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the agreed total.
In case of “no-show” or delated arrival and early departure the total amount will be charged to the fullest.
Please inform us in good time if you cannot take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your visit.
